CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over, who are owners of a business or in a senior executive position of a company who is able to take the prizes as offered if they are a winner. For the purpose of this promotion a senior executive position includes a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Controller, Director, Managing Director, Partner of a firm and Principal of a firm, or a senior executive position.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The promotional period commences on 01/05/07 and closes on 31/07/07 at 7pm AEST and judging will take place at 118 Victoria Rd, Rozelle NSW 2039.
Entrants can enter the competition via their own computer.
To enter, entrants must log on to www.noe.com.au and answer the question "Why your Business is ready to take on the international competition?" in 25 words or less during of the promotional period.
Only one entry is permitted per person. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The best entry will win the prize of a Sony Handycam HDR-SR1.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize or late, lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any tax implications that arise as a result of the winner taking the prize. The winner should seek their own advice before accepting the prize.
Winners will be notified by email and by phone.
The Promoter and the North of England Inward Investment Agency ("NOEIIA") is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter and NOEIIA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
The Promoter and NOEIIA shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information and pass it onto NOEIIA who may also use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below or to the North of England Investment Agency at, 118 Victoria Road, Rozelle NSW 2039.
